Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using www.indexgpt.in (the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Platform.

1. Research and Analysis Only — Not Investment Advice

All content published on IndexGPT — including technical analysis, open-interest summaries, chart-pattern detections, AI-generated session commentary, regime probability estimates, composite scores, and monitoring levels — is provided for educational and research purposes only.

IndexGPT is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser, research analyst, or stock broker. Nothing on the Platform constitutes or should be construed as:

  • A buy, sell, or hold recommendation for any security or derivative
  • A target price, stop-loss level, or trade instruction
  • Personalized investment advice tailored to your financial situation
  • An assurance of profit or guaranteed return

Always consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser before making any investment or trading decision. Past market behaviour depicted on the Platform is not indicative of future results.

2. Eligibility and Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable Indian law to use the authenticated features of the Platform.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to update it if it changes.

3. Permitted Use

The Platform is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial research and educational use. You may not:

  • Reproduce, redistribute, or resell Platform data or analysis outputs without written permission
  • Use automated scrapers, bots, or scripts to extract Platform data in bulk
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying algorithms or models
  • Use Platform outputs to provide investment advisory services to third parties without appropriate SEBI registration
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any backend system or database

4. Data Sources and Accuracy

Market data displayed on the Platform is sourced from publicly available third-party providers and is subject to delays, gaps, and errors inherent to those sources. IndexGPT makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for purpose of any data or analysis output. You acknowledge that market data can be delayed, incorrect, or unavailable due to factors outside our control.

5. AI-Generated Content

Session commentary, near-term outlook, and regime analysis on the Platform are generated by automated AI models based on pre-computed technical and OI data. AI outputs are clearly labelled as AI analysis. They represent pattern recognition over historical data — they are not predictions, signals, or advice. AI models can produce incorrect, incomplete, or misleading outputs. Do not rely on AI commentary as a basis for financial decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

All design, code, trademarks, scanner algorithms, prompt templates, and original analysis frameworks on the Platform are the intellectual property of IndexGPT and its operators. Market data remains the property of the respective exchanges and data providers. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to view Platform content for personal research purposes only.

7. Advertising

The Platform may display advertisements served by Google AdSense on certain pages. Advertisements are clearly distinguished from editorial content. IndexGPT does not endorse any advertised product or service. Clicking on an advertisement is at your own discretion and risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IndexGPT and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of or reliance on the Platform, including but not limited to trading or investment losses, data loss, or business interruption. The Platform is provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold IndexGPT and its operators harmless from any claim, demand, or damage arising out of your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party right.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when changes took effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
